A strategic roadmap for UTS digital content
Develop a three-year strategy to move UTS to providing best in class content and digital experiences.
We began by framing the ambition, defining program inputs and reviewing the work carried out to date. Our assessment focused on understanding the strategic vision, best practice, identifying present gaps and risks. We then moved into development of key program initiatives and high-level projects that collectively will allow UTS to achieve its ambition, whilst defining governance required to manage risk along the journey. The output was a clear program roadmap and detailed initiative plans, including high-level tasks and dependencies that enable UTS to achieve its ambition of innovative, best in class content and digital experiences for its wide range of audiences and partners.
