The Brief:

Develop a Social Media Strategy that will enable KPMG to reach its potential through social - both for enhancing reputation and driving business.

The Project:

We began with a discovery process with stakeholders across the business, synthesising findings and uncovering pain points. We developed a best practice, bespoke strategy to take KPMG Australia to an industry leading advantage in audience understanding, data analytics and measurement. We also identified, prioritised and roadmapped key initiatives to mature the wider business capability for social and marketing, giving KPMG the tools it needs to extend brand and reputation, grow its digital businesses and leverage expert partnerships.

The Result:

  • Social Media Strategy endorsed and initiatives greenlit.
  • New approach to operations enacted - channel use, content pillars, tone of voice and paid media optimisation.
  • Crisis communication, governance plans and strategies for other digital properties embedded.
