Reinvigorate loyalty for Craveable by redeveloping the loyalty apps for Red Rooster and Oporto across web, iOS and Android.
The previous loyalty programme had low levels of user engagement due to poor UX and a stagnant feature set. This caused a decline in franchisee support and user acquisition levels, and low levels of brand loyalty amongst QSR restaurants.
We conducted a high-level UX and Discovery phase (50% budget), including ~3500 surveys, ~2500 feedback logs, ~150 in-app reviews and interviews to determine user requirements and best app design. To encourage franchisee buy-in we developed an immersive prototype that was both presented at conferences and available for testing on pre-configured devices.
