The Brief:

Reinvigorate loyalty for Craveable by redeveloping the loyalty apps for Red Rooster and Oporto across web, iOS and Android.

The Project:

The previous loyalty programme had low levels of user engagement due to poor UX and a stagnant feature set. This caused a decline in franchisee support and user acquisition levels, and low levels of brand loyalty amongst QSR restaurants.

The Result:

  • Increased annual consumer transactions while reducing support load
  • Improved on-boarding and re-engage franchisees and other stakeholders
