Head of Paid Media
Present Company has a strong paid social media capability and is looking for head of paid social media to lead their strategy, planning and execution across our social media clients.
Present Company is a full-service digital agency with expertise across CX, UX, content and social media. Our clients include Red Bull, Dropbox, Destination NSW, Vivid, Gillette, Covergirl, UTS, The ABC, Taronga Zoo and Bacardi Martini Australia.
The role will cover both brand building and conversion focused activity across the breadth of social media channels.
What you'll be doing
- Developing always on and campaign paid social media strategies
- Establishing distribution strategies across paid social, partnerships and influencer approaches
- Working with the content team to establish overarching social media strategies
- Executing and optimising paid activity
- Providing performance guidance to both clients and other business units within Present Company
- Developing and validating insights and providing guidance and reporting
- Training and capability building for clients and internal teams
- Management of a team of four
What you'll need to know
- 3 years + in executing in paid social media campaigns
- Expert understanding on Facebook business manager
- Strong planning and strategy background
- Superior presentation skills
- Experience in managing staff, projects and budgets
